Every coach is an experienced teacher who is background-checked and completes child online-safety training before working with students. No exceptions.
Lessons take place in private video rooms with the coach and a small group of children at the same level. There are no open or public rooms, and no strangers — ever.
A parent or guardian creates and manages the account, and is always welcome to join any lesson. You decide what your child takes part in, and you can pause or cancel at any time.
