COMPLIANCE WITH THE EU DIGITAL SERVICES ACT (DSA)

Last updated: 2026-02-17

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the “Digital Services Act” or “DSA”), we provide the information below about (where applicable) the average monthly active recipients of our service in the European Union, and explain how users and authorities can contact us and submit notices regarding potentially illegal content.

This page applies to our services operated under the White Knight brand, including: whiteknight.academy (academy/lessons) and analytics.whiteknight.academy (analytics landing pages and dashboard).

1) AVERAGE MONTHLY ACTIVE RECIPIENTS IN THE EU

Service/provider: White Knight Academy / White Knight Analytics (operated by TheBroda sp. z o.o.)

1.1 DSA reporting (historical metric)

The DSA metric refers to the average monthly active recipients in the EU calculated over a rolling period of the past six (6) months based on actual usage. We will publish and update the historical DSA metric once we have sufficient operational data and thereafter review/update it at least every six months.

  • Historical measurement period (past 6 months): [to be updated]
  • Average monthly active recipients in the EU (historical): [to be updated]

1.2 Forward-looking estimate (projection for planning)

The figures below are a projection (forward-looking estimate) for internal planning and roadmap purposes. They are not presented as the final historical DSA metric. When the period becomes historical and the data is verified, we will update the historical metric above accordingly.

  • Measurement period (projection / planned): 2026-01-16 to 2026-06-15
  • Average monthly active recipients in the EU (projection): 30
Methodology (high level):
  • We calculate the monthly number of active recipients in the EU by counting unique individuals located in the EU who actively used our Services during each month (registered or not), across our relevant domains and interfaces where feasible.
  • We then compute an average across the relevant 6-month period.
  • Where feasible, we aim to avoid double-counting across interfaces/domains and to exclude automated/bot activity.

We review and update this information at least once every six months.

2) DSA SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT

If you need to contact us regarding DSA-related matters (e.g., notices, complaints, appeals, or legal requests), please use the contact details below.

Note: This email is intended as a single point of contact for DSA-related communication for both users and EU authorities. For non-DSA general support, you may still use the same email and include a short subject line describing your request.

3) NOTICES / REPORTING CONTENT (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Our Services may enable users to submit content (e.g., messages, profile fields, uploaded files such as PGNs, comments, or other user-generated inputs) and may display certain user-provided information depending on the feature. If you wish to report content that you believe is illegal or violates our policies, please email: contact@whiteknight.academy.

To help us process your notice, please include:
  • The exact location of the content (URL and/or screenshot).
  • A clear explanation of why you believe the content is illegal (and in which country, if relevant).
  • Your name and email address (unless you are submitting anonymously where permitted).
  • A good-faith statement confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

We may request additional information where needed to assess the notice. We aim to review notices in a timely manner.

For more information about our rules and acceptable use, please see: Terms of Service.

4) CONTENT MODERATION, STATEMENT OF REASONS, AND APPEALS

We may take moderation actions such as removing or restricting access to content, limiting visibility, restricting features, or suspending accounts where necessary to enforce our rules, protect users (including minors), and comply with applicable laws.

Where required, we aim to provide affected users with a clear statement of reasons for certain moderation decisions, including (where applicable) information about the decision, the content affected, and available redress/appeal options.

Appeals / internal complaints:

If you wish to contest a moderation decision, you may contact us at contact@whiteknight.academy with the subject line: “DSA Appeal / Complaint” and include:

  • the URL(s) of the content or account affected (or other identifiers if no URL exists),
  • a brief description of the decision you are contesting,
  • the reasons you believe the decision was incorrect, and
  • any supporting information (if available).

We review complaints in a timely manner and may request additional information to complete the review.

5) TRANSPARENCY REPORTING

We aim to publish transparency information about our content moderation activities in line with the DSA. Our transparency reporting page (once available) will be published here: DSA Transparency Report.
