White Knight services are operated by TheBroda sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This page explains how California residents (and other users, where applicable) can opt out of the
sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (“California privacy law”).
We do not sell your personal information for money.
However, some advertising/analytics technologies (such as pixels, tags, and cookies) may be considered
“sharing” under California law when used to deliver targeted ads across different websites or apps.
This page applies to our websites and services, including:
whiteknight.academy (academy/lessons) and analytics.whiteknight.academy (analytics landing pages and dashboard).
1) How to opt out (fastest options)
A) Use our cookie preferences (recommended)
You can opt out of “sharing” by disabling Marketing/Advertising cookies in our cookie preference tool
(CookieYes). This will limit or stop third-party advertising tags/pixels from loading (where supported).
- Open the Cookie Settings panel on our site (CookieYes).
- Turn off Marketing (and optionally Statistics).
- Save your choices.
B) Use Global Privacy Control (GPC), where supported
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of
“sale/sharing” to the extent required and supported by our tools and integrations.
Note: some third-party technologies may still process limited data that is necessary for security, fraud prevention,
and essential functionality.

2) What information may be “shared” for advertising
Depending on your cookie settings, we may use advertising/measurement partners such as:
Google (Analytics/Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Microsoft (Bing).
We may also use server-side measurement and security tooling (e.g., via Cloudflare and/or Stape)
to improve performance, security, and measurement reliability.
Information that may be involved can include:
- Online identifiers (cookie IDs, advertising IDs)
- Device and browser information
- IP address (often in truncated or hashed form depending on settings)
- Events on our websites (e.g., page views, clicks, sign-ups, purchases, subscription actions)
This information is used to measure campaign performance, improve our marketing, and (where enabled) show more relevant ads.
You can stop this “sharing” by opting out as described above.
3) Do we sell personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information for money.
4) Do we share personal information?
We may “share” certain online identifiers and website/app activity data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising
only where permitted. For users in the EEA/UK, we load non-essential advertising/marketing technologies
only after you provide consent through CookieYes.
5) Your rights (California)
California residents may have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Request access to personal information we collected about you
- Request deletion of personal information (subject to legal exceptions)
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights

6) Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, as allowed by California law.
We may require proof that the agent is authorized and verification of your identity.
